Data Deletion & Retention Notice - Word FaceOff (wordza) (EN)

What we store (no user accounts)

Word FaceOff (wordza) does not create user accounts or collect contact details. Gameplay is tied to a pseudonymous Player ID and a minimal game profile that may include:

• Nickname, progress, scores, and basic device/app info (e.g., app/OS version, non-precise device identifiers).
• Standard diagnostics (e.g., crash/performance logs).
• If iOS users grant ATT consent we may process IDFA; on Android we may use AAID.
• We do not store payment card details. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google.

Built-in "Delete My Account" (in-app)

You can delete your data directly inside the App via "Delete My Account (Hesabimi Sil)" in Settings. When you confirm, we permanently delete the server-side game profile linked to your Player ID, including:

• Nickname, progress, scores, and basic device/app info associated with that Player ID.

This action is irreversible. Uninstalling alone only removes local data; use this in-app option to erase server records.

Automatic deletion (90-day inactivity rule)

If a Player ID shows no app activity for 90 consecutive days, we delete or irreversibly de-identify the associated server records (progress, events, IDs linked to that Player ID).

Requesting manual deletion (alternative)

If you prefer a manual request, contact us via Elaqe with subject "Delete My Data - Word FaceOff (wordza)" and include your Player ID (from the App's Settings/About) and platform (iOS/Android). If you cannot find the ID, share device model, OS version, and approximate last play date. We usually complete requests within 30 days and send confirmation.

Local data on your device

Uninstalling the App removes locally stored cache/data on your device. It does not remove server records; use Delete My Account or contact us as described above.

Facebook/Meta and other third parties

We use Meta (Facebook) App Events for ads measurement without Facebook Login; we do not receive your Facebook profile data. Meta, Google (AdMob), and Firebase may receive event-level data from our App. To manage data those providers hold, use platform controls (e.g., iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking; Android Settings > Google > Ads to reset/limit the Advertising ID) and your Meta/Facebook privacy tools. Deleting your data with us does not automatically erase data held independently by those providers.
