These Terms govern your use of Word FaceOff (wordza). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1) Eligibility & Account
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your region) to use the App. If you are a minor, your parent/guardian should review these Terms.
2) License & Ownership
We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for entertainment. All rights in the App (content, code, artwork, trademarks) belong to us and our licensors.
3) Virtual Items & Game Economy
The App may include virtual currency/items (e.g., diamonds, hints, boosters). These have no real-world cash value, are non-transferable, and are licensed, not sold. We may manage, regulate, modify, or eliminate virtual items at any time.
4) Subscriptions, Purchases & Trials
- Some features require a paid, auto-renewing subscription.
- Billing: via your Apple ID/iTunes (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
- Renewal: renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage/Cancel: in your store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Price changes: may occur; we’ll notify you where required.
- Refunds: follow Apple/Google policies and applicable consumer laws.
5) Advertising & Measurement
The App shows ads. Depending on your region and choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. We integrate third-party SDKs (e.g., Meta, Google) to deliver and measure ads. Your privacy choices are respected as described in the Privacy Policy.
6) Acceptable Use
You agree not to cheat, disrupt gameplay, reverse engineer the App, misuse bugs, infringe IP, or violate any law. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
7) Availability & Changes
We may update features, release patches, or discontinue parts of the App. We are not responsible for outages or data loss, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded.
9) Third-Party Services & Stores
App stores and ad/analytics providers are third parties with their own terms. On iOS, you acknowledge that Apple is not responsible for the App and may be a third-party beneficiary of these Terms to the extent required by Apple’s terms.
